At Emery Fit all of our trainers are National-Certified Personal Trainers. Our personal training work outs are customized for your individual needs. Your hand picked personal trainer will start by listening to your goals and assess your starting point by having you do some simple exercises. We also highly recommend you take advantage of the Physique Tracker at this time. These results will set your fitness baseline. Your personal trainer will then get to work planning an exercise program unique to you. These tests will be redone periodically to give you and your trainer valuable insight to make sure your fitness goals become reality!
This class is great for all fitness levels as the exercises are adaptable no matter if you are new to fitness training or have been doing it for years. We keep our class size small so you can continue to workout at Emery Fit in a relaxed, comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere. Our National-Certified Personal Trainers will use resistance training and cardio to bring your heart rate up and down to maximize your calorie burn.
