Saturdays - 9:00-9:45 am
$35 per class or $180 for 6 class package
Led by Katie Conroy, a certified strength and conditioning coach with a passion for empowering women through fitness, this class offers a supportive and motivating environment where you can challenge yourself and achieve results. The class is limited to 8 participants to ensure proper oversight, feedback and instruction.
Whether you're new to strength training or looking to take your fitness to the next level, this class is suitable for all fitness levels but we do recommend some experience with basic strength training movements.
Classes will meet 3 times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We recommend 3 sessions a week to see optimal results but it is not mandatory to join.
In each session, Katie will guide you through a dynamic and effective workout that focuses on building strength, improving muscle tone, and enhancing overall fitness. Using a combination of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll engage in full-body workouts designed to maximize your potential and leave you feeling empowered.
Women benefit greatly from strength training including increased muscle tone, improved bone density, enhanced metabolism, and greater functional strength for daily activities. Beyond the physical benefits, strength training can boost confidence, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, licensed massage therapist and competitive power lifter, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Women's Strength Training Class. With a background in strength and conditioning and a passion for encouraging women to find their inner strength through resistance training, Katie is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals and transform your life.
