Build confidence, power, and resilience from the inside out with our strength training class!  We focus on building real, lasting strength — not just in muscles, but in mindset. Expect a supportive, empowering environment where everyone is encouraged to lift, get stronger, and have fun!

what to expect

Join this small group workout class if you're searching for a supportive, motivating environment where you can challenge yourself and achieve results. 


In each 45 minute session, your instructor will guide you through a dynamic workout focused on building strength, improving muscle tone, and enhancing overall fitness. Using a combination of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll engage in full-body workouts designed to maximize your potential and leave you feeling empowered.


Classes will meet 3 times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We recommend 3 sessions a week to see optimal results but it is not mandatory to join. The class is limited to 6 participants to ensure proper oversight, feedback and instruction.

Women benefit greatly from strength training including increased muscle tone, improved bone density, enhanced metabolism, and greater functional strength for daily activities. Beyond the physical benefits, strength training can boost confidence, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
