Build confidence, power, and resilience from the inside out with our strength training class!  We focus on building real, lasting strength — not just in muscles, but in mindset. Expect a supportive, empowering environment where everyone is encouraged to lift, get stronger, and have fun doing it

About the Class

This class offers a supportive and motivating environment where you can challenge yourself and achieve results. The class is limited to 8 participants to ensure proper oversight, feedback and instruction. 


Whether you're new to strength training or looking to take your fitness to the next level, this class is suitable for all fitness levels but we do recommend some experience with basic strength training movements. This class will teach you proper technique, lifting strategies, and functional movement patterns to help you feel strong everyday.


Classes will meet 3 times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We recommend 3 sessions a week to see optimal results but it is not mandatory to join. 

What to Expect

In each session, your instructor will guide you through a dynamic and effective workout that focuses on building strength, improving muscle tone, and enhancing overall fitness. Using a combination of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll engage in full-body workouts designed to maximize your potential and leave you feeling empowered.
