Join this small group workout class if you're searching for a supportive, motivating environment where you can challenge yourself and achieve results.
In each 45 minute session, your instructor will guide you through a dynamic workout focused on building strength, improving muscle tone, and enhancing overall fitness. Using a combination of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you'll engage in full-body workouts designed to maximize your potential and leave you feeling empowered.
Classes will meet 3 times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We recommend 3 sessions a week to see optimal results but it is not mandatory to join. The class is limited to 6 participants to ensure proper oversight, feedback and instruction.
