Keith Phillips, (NASM-CPT, PES, Vertimax) is a sports performance and personal trainer from Sandy Springs, GA. With eight years research in sports performance, and 25 years experience in strength training, Keith builds custom programs for each athlete using sport specific movements for both speed and strength development. Keith is also an avid Pickleball player, PPR Pickleball coach and agility trainer.
Besides training, he also enjoys biking, teaching piano, composing, cooking, and leatherwork.
