With five years of personal training and Pilates teaching experience, Summer provides a unique Pilates class experience. Blending contemporary Pilates exercises and functional fitness movements, Summer’s reformer Pilates classes will help you improve your strength, flexibility and overall mobility.
As a previous collegiate basketball player, Summer’s innate athleticism and motivational attitude make classes just as fun as they are challenging.

Experience a full body workout that builds strength, flexibility and core stability! Under the guidance of a certified instructor, you’ll perform a variety of controlled movements that target your core, improve posture and enhance overall body alignment. This dynamic class utilizes the Reformer machine, a versatile piece of equipment featuring a sliding carriage, springs for resistance and adjustable straps.
While all of our reformer classes will give you a full-body workout, our UPPER BODY classes will feature an added focus on those designated muscle groups, including arms, chest and back. If you’re looking for a little bicep burn this class will give you an added bonus by targeting upper body muscle groups.
Get ready for a lower body burn! All of our reformer classes will give you a full-body workout, our LOWER BODY classes will feature an added focus on those designated muscle groups. This class will give you an added bonus by targeting specific muscle groups in your lower body.
Kick things up a notch and burn calories with cardio in an interval format. Expect high energy, quick transitions, and low-impact plyometric movements. Previous reformer experience recommended.
Experience a more diverse workout with the addition of the Tower attachment to the Reformer. Tower classes incorporate both horizontal and vertical movements, allowing for greater focus on upper body strength, spinal articulation, upper body strength and advanced stretches.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that we have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel 12 hours in advance of your class or you are a no show, you will be charged.
Waitlist Policy: Waitlists are offered for any class that is full and does not begin for 12+ hours. Waitlists will lock 2 hours prior to the start time of class. Meaning, if you are added from the waitlist, it will be at least 2 hours in advance of the class start time. If you've made alternate plans, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid be charged.
