Then, we use this information to pair you with the ideal trainer for you. At Emery Fit, our personal trainers use a combination of Aerobic or "cardio" activities to help strengthen your heart and lungs and build up your endurance, strength training to help tone and strengthen your muscles, and stretching to improve the range of motion and flexibility of your joints and muscles. We also highly recommend you take advantage of the Physique Tracker at this time. These results will set your fitness baseline.
