Complimentary consultation allows us to meet and discuss your goals. We will describe our services and share how we use the Physique Tracker software to determine your muscle mass, body fat, fluid, bone, and metabolism to help get you there.
-We offer four Nutrition session lengths ranging from ninety minutes to fifteen minutes.
-We also offer virtual nutrition sessions for those who are not able to make it in to our facility.

She takes the time to understand your every day routine so she can create a successful nutrition plan specific for your lifestyle.

This is the first of our four sessions in our complete nutrition program. In this session you will learn what to eat, when to eat, and how to prepare it specifically for your individual goals.
This session can be used as a stand alone appointment or as a follow up to your initial 90 minute nutrition consultation where your nutritionist will review your nutrition results and design your exercise utilizing nutrient timing to ensure your burning body fat when you exercise.
The 30 minute nutrition consultation is a program optimization consultation. Your nutritionists will fine tune both your nutrition and your exercise program to help you maximize your results.
This check-in time is set up to meet with your nutritionist to make sure you are staying on track and to discuss any bumps in the road you may have experienced. This is typically done either once or twice a month depending on your needs.
